The Cobler Agency Appointments is the calendar connection behind our agency's appointment booking feature. It checks available times on the authorized agency Google Calendar and creates a calendar event when a visitor books an available time.

How the connection works

The agency owner authorizes Google Calendar access. Website visitors do not need to connect their own Google accounts. The booking service checks busy times, uses agency office hours, and sends event invitations to the visitor's email and the agency's designated Outlook mailbox.

Google event titles and descriptions are not shown to website visitors. Outlook invitation delivery does not provide two-way synchronization of other Outlook appointments.
